The VTA-120 includes viscosity indication and control in one complete package.

The VTA-120 includes viscosity indication and control in one complete package and is widely used on line in the printing and coatings industries for automatic addition of solvents. The Viscosel is a pneumatic viscosity indicator for inexpensive viscosity control in explosion proof environments.

Specifications

  • Range: 0-35 cP min 0-2000 cP max
  • Output: 0-15 psig to solvent valve; 3-15 psig linear signal proportional to viscosity to receiver gauge and optional recorder
  • Input Air: 20-22 psig regulated input; 3 scfm consumption max.

  TT-200 In-Line Viscometer


The TT-200 Viscometer is flange mounted for use on mixing/blending/storage tanks or in pipe lines using a "T" fitting.

The viscosity measurement range and operating shear rate are designed with Brookfield's assistance to suit specific applications such as the 511 sec-1 required by the API standards. The standard viscometer has a single speed/single shear rate drive. Optionally available with a variable speed motor for variable shear rate requirements or pilot plant applications involving different materials with a broad range of viscosities.

  TT-220 Probe Viscometer


The TT-220 is intended for open tank applications requiring constant viscosity monitoring and/or control.

The TT-220 Process Viscometer is intended for open tank applications (5-20 gallon, 20-75 liters) requiring constant viscosity monitoring and or control. The TT-220 is often used in coatings or printing applications. The TT220 is a rotational coaxial cylinder (Searle) viscometer providing true dynamic viscosity measurements at defined shear rates, from as low as 0.1 sec-1 to as high as 600 sec-1.
